Please Note the Following Dates

Rx Plus Pharmacy and Expedien Rx Pharmacy have the opportunity to improve our patient experience by moving to AdventHealth’s new electronic medical records platform, Epic MyChart! This conversion will take place October 24-28, and we want to make sure you are prepared and experience a smooth transition with no disruption to your medication.

We are here to serve you during this transition. Please make note of the following dates, as our service times may be delayed during the move to the Epic MyChart platform.

October 23-31 – Members may experience delays in refilling and processing new prescriptions. We appreciate your patience and encourage you to plan accordingly. You may use your local pharmacy for any immediate prescription needs during this transitional timeframe.

October 24-27 – Rx Plus Pharmacy operations are temporarily closed during the transition. Members may still place a refill request online or by calling Call866-943-4535 and inputting your prescription number into the IVR system. Prescriptions will not be processed until after October 27.

New Epic Features Are Coming

AdventHealth continues to prioritize a commitment to whole-person care by integrating Rx Plus Pharmacy into the Epic MyChart platform. This allows you and your loved ones to manage your prescriptions through the same user-friendly MyChart portal you use to manage other aspects of your health care.
