Jennifer W Swoyer, DO

Dr. Swoyer is a part time faculty member and recently became the CMO of Pillar’s Community Health, our local FQHC. Dr. Jennifer Swoyer is the current past Program Director (2017-June 2022). She facilitated the LFMR dual accreditation with the American Osteopathic Association and the ACGME. After receiving her medical degree from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1996, Dr. Swoyer graduated from the LFMR Program in 1999. Dr. Swoyer was in private practice for five years and then joined the faculty with the LFMR Program in June 2004. Dr. Swoyer continues to practice full spectrum family medicine including obstetrics. Her passions include teaching Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine, teaching procedures and Practice Management.
