Evaluating the Efficacy of the Full Plate Living Program: A Cardiology Clinic-based Intervention in Winter Park, FL



The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the impact of the Full Plate Living Program, developed by the Ardmore Institute of Health, on patient nutrition knowledge, diet, and lifestyle. The objective will be accomplished by evaluating changes in participants’ anthropometric measurements (height, weight, waist circumference) and blood pressure before and after they complete the Full Plate Living Program. Participants will also be surveyed before and after completing the program.
