Alfredo Arrojas Alfredo Arrojas, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon who specializes in complex joint reconstruction. Dr. Arrojas is experienced in robotic-assisted surgical technology for the replacement of the knee and hip. He is fellowship-trained in total joint reconstruction from The CORE Institute in Phoenix, Arizona, and served as Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Arizona College of Medicine in 2017-18. While attending the University of South Carolina, he earned the senior resident of the year award and resident research of the year award at Palmetto Health in 2017.
