Azmeena Laila, MD

Azmeena Laila, MD, FACP, MBA is board-certified in internal and obesity medicine and specializes in the treatment of fatty liver disease. After earning her medical degree from Al-Ameen Medical College in India in 1999, she went on to complete her residency in internal medicine at New York Medical College Brooklyn/Queens and the Jamaica Hospital Medical Center, in Jamaica, New York. Dr. Laila also completed a Fellowship in Hepatology and Liver Transplantation at AdventHealth in Orlando, Florida in 2011. She is an esteemed member of the American College of Physicians, the American Medical Association, the Society of Hospital Medicine and the American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases.
