Biography

Rajesh Shah, MD, is board certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease, interventional cardiology and nuclear cardiology. He is the current Director of the Heart Attack Program at AdventHealth in Orlando. A Phi Beta Kappa and Summa Cum Laude graduate of the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Dr. Shah went to medical school at Wayne State University in Detroit and completed his post-graduate training in internal medicine, cardiology and interventional cardiology at Loyola University and Henry Ford Hospital, respectively. His passion is directed toward taking care of patients of all generations, and particularly those who are afflicted with coronary or cardiac diseases at a younger age. His specialties include coronary interventions, peripheral vascular interventions, echocardiography (2D, transesophageal and intracardiac) and nuclear cardiology.
