The AdventHealth Employee Assistance Program (EAP) includes a variety of services to support your well-being, including free and confidential counseling sessions.
Our facilities in the AdventHealth Great Lakes Region offer Employee Wellness programs with a variety of onsite and online health resources, individual wellness screenings, customized educational programs, health coaching and more.
Our facilities in the AdventHealth Rocky Mountain Region (formerly part of Centura Health) offer resources to support health care teams, including short-term counseling and leadership training.
This national, free and confidential support line service is made up of 600+ volunteer psychiatrists, joined together in the determined hope to provide peer support for our physician colleagues and American medical students as we all navigate the COVID-19 epidemic.

National Suicide Prevention Lifeline
We can all help prevent suicide. The Lifeline provides 24/7, free and confidential support for people in distress, prevention and crisis resources for you or your loved ones, and best practices for professionals.

The Right Support When You Need It
Mobile response teams (MRTs) provide emergency behavioral care to individuals in crisis. These teams are prepared to meet anyone having a severe emotional or behavioral health crisis in their home, school, work or wherever they are.
MRTs help to reduce trauma with onsite resolution when possible — preventing unnecessary psychiatric hospitalizations and criminal justice involvement — through de-escalation, intervention and connecting people in need to helpful, local resources.
