Alana is a dedicated nursing professional in obstetrics and maternal care. Her passion ignited following the birth of her son, propelling her into a career focused on supporting women and children. Alana earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the State of Florida. She also holds certifications as a Childbirth Educator (CCE), Certified Breastfeeding Counselor (CBC), and is a skilled Basic Life Support (BLS) instructor certified by the American Heart Association. Alana is deeply committed to cultivating a positive environment for families while actively advocating for the well-being of all women.
Scheduling your birth tour and planning for your delivery day has never been easier. The Birth Experience Coordinators are registered nurses and certified parent educators at each of our Baby Place locations that can answer any labor and delivery or parent education questions to help put new parents at ease.
