Expert Care To Guide You at Every Step
- Minimally Invasive Procedures for Faster Healing
-
Even when surgery is the right call for your health, it’s normal to feel uneasy. But we're here to help boost your confidence. You can count on us to guide you through your procedure with care and compassion, helping you reclaim your vibrant life as quickly and safely as possible.
Sometimes, this means using the latest minimally invasive surgery techniques, including incision-free endoscopic surgeries as well as laparoscopic surgeries, which use only small incisions for minimal scarring.
- What to Expect Before and After Surgery
-
Knowing what to expect can help you feel more confident.
Before Your Surgery
Before your procedure, your surgeon's office will set up a time for you to visit outpatient surgery. There, you will receive any necessary preoperative lab tests and speak with a preoperative nurse. This allows you to focus completely on surgery and recovery on the day of your procedure.
The Day of Your Surgery
Your doctor will instruct you about what to eat and drink before your surgery. On the day of your surgery, please leave all your valuables at home or with a loved one, and do not wear jewelry, makeup or nail polish.
After Your Surgery
After your surgical procedure, you may be admitted to the post-anesthesia care unit, where you will recover from the effects of anesthesia.
You may be feeling anxious before your surgery, and that's normal. Just know that our specialists will be right by your side from one end of the process to the other and that we'll do whatever we can to ease your stress and help you feel comfortable.
