Ensuring Access to Care in Rural Polk County

Our foundation is a not-for-profit, 501(c)3 organization established to financially support our Polk County hospital. Our board consists of community members who fundraise for advanced technologies, facility improvements and education programs.

AdventHealth Polk, formerly St. Luke's Hospital, is a critical access hospital (CAH). This designation reduces the financial vulnerability of rural hospitals and improves health care access by keeping essential services in rural communities.
