Umbrella Long-Term Follow-Up Protocol

The overall goal of this study is to keep in contact with participants of COG clinical trials, so that up-to-date information will be available about these participants as they get older. This includes current name, contact, and health status information. Other goals of this study are to: Locate participants who are lost to follow-up. Provide current participant information to the COG data center and to the COG institution that treated the participant. Provide current participant contact information to COG researchers for approved studies. Create a central file to hold information about the treatment that participants have received for their cancer.
