EMBER-4: A Randomized, Open-Label, Phase 3 Study of Adjuvant Imlunestrant vs Standard Adjuvant Endocrine Therapy in Patients who have Previously Received 2 to 5 years of Adjuvant Endocrine Therapy for ER+, HER2- Early Breast Cancer with an Increased Risk of Recurrence



This study is being done to see how safe an investigational drug is and how well it will work to help people with Estrogen receptor positive (ER+), human epidermal growth factor receptor 2-negative (HER2-), early breast cancer with an increased risk of recurrence. “Investigational” means that the drug being tested has not been approved for routine clinical use or for the use described in this study by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The FDA is allowing the use of this drug for research.
