D926XC00001: Phase 3, Open-Label, Randomized Study of Datopotamab Deruxtecan with or without Durvalumab Versus Investigator’s Choice of Therapy in Patients with Stage I-III Triple Negative Breast Cancer who have Residual Invasive Disease in Breast and/or Axillary Lymph Nodes Following Neoadjuvant Systemic Therapy and Surgical Resection (TROPION-Breast03)

We are doing this study to learn more about whether an investigational drug called datopotamab deruxtecan (also called Dato-DXd), either alone or in combination with another investigational drug called durvalumab, will work and be safe for the treatment of TNBC. In this study, we will be comparing the Investigational treatment with treatments called capecitabine and pembrolizumab as stand-alone treatment agents or in combination. This study will also help us to better understand the studied disease and associated health problems.
