The purpose of the study is to compare the relative clinical efficacy of placebo injection with exercise program to SVF cell injection with Exercise program in patients with partial thickness Rotator Cuff tears.

Study Duration: 2 years

Study Commitment: Attend all study visits
Document exercise treatment program

Age: 30-65 Years old

Sex: Male and Female

Conditions/Eligibility: 30-65 years old
Symptomatic partial thickness rotator cuff tear

Study Procedures: Qualified participants will receive study related care and study injection at no cost. MRI's will be required at screening month, 12 month and 24 month visit. All participants will follow a standard exercise program.

Compensation: Qualified participants may be compensated up to $250.00 for completing the study.
